As pruning is essential for the flourished growth of a plant so are failures essential in our life, they  cut off our flag of victory just to ensure that we gain a much taller one.Most of us complain over the things and people that led us into the hands of failure, instead why don't we think it was meant to be so and without it we wouldn't have reached our destiny...?

So better defeat it before it defeats you.

  A better adviser than a better                       example!!             It is quite easy to speak about things ,but most of us forget to implement it in our acts and that is where we all become a better  adviser than a better example and we actually forget the fact that setting an example is always more effective than just speaking with some mere words...
